SECOM SOLUTION

Upon detection of unauthorized entry, fire, gas leak, or any other emergency, our trained Response Officers will arrive at your doorstep within minutes from the nearest SECOM Emergency Depot. They will be backed up by the Police, the Fire Department and other relevant authorities, if necessary.

Response officer assesses customer premises and take necessary actions to secure the building. Upon verification of an alarm signal, the operator from SECOM Control Centre will dispatch a professionally trained emergency response officer located at the nearest depot to the premises.
