SECURITY AUDIT SERVICES

Objective

• To assess current security situation, threats, preventive measures, weaknesses or shortcomings and recommendations for improvement.
  
• To review Standard Operating Procedures for the guard services, entry/exit of vehicles, goods, staff and visitors.
  
• To check the locations of the CCTV, alarm, access controls and other electronic security devices and assess their working conditions and effectiveness.
  
• To advise on better solutions to prevent or minimize potential losses from internal and external threats.
  
• To conduct a third party audit to review the security protection and adequacy, and to give recommendations for further improvement.
  
• Study will evaluate all physical protection, security systems and the guarding duties and responsibilities including compliance with standing instructions (if any).
  
• To highlight to the Management the best practices to enhance their security and safety.
  

• SECOM will place our security manager, security supervisor at the guard house or other strategic locations (to be agreed upon) to observe the daily activities.
• We will study thoroughly all your security manuals to ensure it is in good order and there is full compliance.
• Places we covered for audit are Scrap Area, Production, Guard House, Store, Loading bay, Warehouse, Perimeter, Parking, Office Area, etc.
• Training - we will evaluate the training methods and adequacy.
• Overall security management - we will assess the organization, communication and crisis management team (if any) and Customer will give SECOM full access and cooperation to ensure our study is conducted smoothly.
