If our response team can reach the customer premises in less than 15 minutes we can prevent or minimize the customers' losses or injury due to break-in, fire or even robbery or medical emergency. Our response personnel are highly trained and discipline. They are familiar with all types of potential threats from criminals and have effective counter-measures to overcome those threats. With the Police Co-Operative being our business partner (all active policemen are shareholders/members of the Co-Operative). Most alarm users are fed up with the nuisance of false alarms which unfortunately is inevitable. By using SECOM, we will handle all the false alarm problems without the inconvenience to the customers.
