Job Description
• To do servicing and maintenance for security systems.
• To perform installation job and ensure it follows the installation standard and procedure.
• Liaise with immediate supervisor and technical admin for updating and preparing reports and follow up.
• Administer documentation for installation, servicing, and maintenance.
• Comply with company rules and regulations.
• Daily meeting on work progress.
• Perform troubleshooting on equipment or device.
• To monitor and support Secom contractor.
Job Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/ Diploma in Engineering (Electric/ Electronic), and equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in an added advantage.
• Prior experience in the related CCTV, access door, alarm system and related field will be an added advantage.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and other relevant task required.
• Possess own transport.
• Strong interpersonal skills and highly motivated.
• Willing to travel or outstation to complete the job task.

Job Description
• Perform duties at central monitoring system center involving security protection of customers against losses.
• Recognizing signals and translating them into actions by instructing response officer to do perimeter check to protect customers and their property.
Scope of Work
• To monitor and translate signals to response officer to do a perimeter check.
• To prepare and assist customers on daily requirement such as incident details, false alarm report and educating customers on security aspect.
• To notified authorized personnel of Subscribers or Emergency Department upon incident (if necessary).
• To provide information and handle forms in related to control center activities.
Pegawai Response
Location: Bukit Jelutong
Skop Kerja
• Melakukan pemeriksaan perimeter sekiranya terdapat aktiviti yang mencurigakan.
• Melaporkan kepada pusat kawalan jika berlaku aktiviti yang tidak normal dan jika perlu, melaporkan kepada puhak berkuasa.
• Memastikan pernggera pelanggan sentiasa berfungsi dengan baik.
• Berkeupayaan untuk menerangkan penggunaan sistem dan produk Secom kepada pelanggan.
Kelayakan
• Sekurang-kurangnya mempunyai SPM atau yang setaraf dengannya.
• Boleh bekerja secara syif.
• Mempunyai lesen memandu kelas D.
