Job Description
  • To supervise a team of Security Guard and to plan, organize and report on daily duties and routines to protect assignment /customer property and safety of worker, visitor and contractor.

  • Have strong characteristic, charisma and leadership qualities.

  • Able to train Security Guard according to SOP of the post.

  • Responsible to ensure security personal are equipped and physically/mentally fit for the duties assigned.

  • To monitor CCTV and clocking system.

  • Ensure securities policies and procedure are enforced and taken against violators.

  • To report all abnormal acts or issues related to Safety & Security to the management for further action.

  • Experience in managing a team of security guard.

  • Good communication skill and people skill.

  • Candidate must posses at least SPM.

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Security field.

  • Able to converse in BM and English.

  • Physically and medically fit.

  • Ex-uniform personnel are encouraged to apply.

  • Working hours:12hrs,6 days/week.

  • No criminal record.

  • Not blacklisted in any financial institution or hire purchase company.

Job Description
  • Responsible for generating sales for company services.

  • Providing consultation and solution for security system (alarm/cctv) towards prospective customer.

  • Develop new account  and maintaining current customer.

  • Responsible in after sales service and maintaining good relationship with customer.

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any related field.

  • Experience in outdoor sales.

  • Applicants must be stable, detailed-minded, highly organized, efficient, independent with initiative and able to work under pressure.

  • Pro-active, aggressive, result-oriented and key player.

  • Cultivate both new and existing accounts, identifying their potential, needs & requirement and providing solutions.

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skill.

  • Own transport and willing to travel.
