Upon detecting a security breach or emergency, your SECOM alarm system will immediately alerts our control centre.

RESPONSE OFFICER DISPATCH

A trained Emergency Response Officer (RO) is dispatched to your location with urgency.

IMMEDIATE ACTION

If vandalism or forced entry is found, the Response Officer notifies local authorities and secures the exits to prevent escape.

PROPERTY SECURING

If no signs of intrusion are present, the Response Officer will reset the alarm and ensure your property is fully secured before departure.
